Files submitted by you are not proofed or touched-up by us before they are printed. The overall quality of your graphics used in your file will impact the quality of the final project. Make sure your files are at least 300 dpi.
When you place an order, you have committed to it. Although we will try our best, we will not always be able to accommodate your last minute changes. If you would like to request any modifications to your order please try to contact us ASAP.
Colours will vary a few shades due to the nature of printing. Every printer, screen, monitor will show colour differently. Colours will never be an exact match to what you see on monitor or on your printer from home. If you are specific about colours in your file, we strongly suggest that you would review a proof first. If you want to see a printed sample, one proof per project is provided at no cost and would typically add an extra day to the complete project.
